Cheryl is an Educator, Speaker, Workshop Facilitator, #1 Best Selling Author. She is Founder/CEO of Grit and Grace Meditation, LLC. She is a 200 Hour Certified Mindfulness/Meditation Instructor (CMMI). Cheryl is also a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and a 40 hour Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher.
She is passionate about teaching people how to live their best life one breath at a time.
