Michelle Hastie Thompson is the founder and owner of Total Body Health Solutions and The Om Institute. She is also a recovered binge eater and was named a leading weight loss expert by Shape Magazine.
She’s been featured on Fox, NBC, and The CW helping women end the battle of binge and overeating, ditch dieting, and finally love their bodies.
A veteran weight loss coach for over 10 years, she is a Ph.D. student in Health Psychology and has three published books, the most recent titled, “Have Your Cake and Be Happy Too: A Joyful Approach to Weight Loss.”
